It's finally Oct! Again...
I haven't bothered to blog in forever even though i really feel like. so many things i wna note down and share. but i wouldn't really take the time to do so. oh well, gerald's gonna put tattoo soon. Probably at Visual Orgasm? i dunno. i wna put too. but not so soon. i love my DIY manicure. ahahha. i can't help it. lol.

i wna do so many things. but time and money's a huge obstacle. :(

Addiction.

My current addiction? The twilight sequel. Obviously. haha. But i honestly love the books more than the movies. heh. More emotions, details and explanations. Ofcourse. Actually i couldn't be bothered to blog much =/, i just want to upload a very handsome picture of Robert Pattinson and the link of the new movie trailer "New Moon" (the book im currently reading for a few hours a day) which will be out in Nov'09. Can't wait! OMG. Other than knowing that Twilight's abt vampires and a little romance, i had no other idea how good it was until i was sick and tired of the boring long journeys to and back from work when i decided to finally borrow the twilight book from sheena. Who knows! I'm almost going gaga over it. haha. It's simply awesome, it's addictive i have to admit. heh. I couldn't resist getting the DVD so i could watch it over and over again. i dun really mind. heh. I prefer Twilight much more than Harry Potter, to my surprise. I never knew i would think that way. haha.

R.I.P, Michael Jackson.

That was the first thing that hit me the moment i reached office. Sounds hard to believe, but still, that only shows how fragile life can be. I'm nothing like his fan. But i recognise what a king of pop he was. It's such a waste. Whether he's a freak or not, he's still one of the greatest legend ever. Will always rmb the way he was. Cuz no one could ever be like him! His time was just up this morning.. Oh well, life still goes on. R.I.P, MJ. <3

Not kidding.


There was a little internal IT fair at my office yesterday! hahaha! What a bargain! Look what i've got for only $40!

4gb, it's so damn clear watching the videos, im considering on uploading some drama to watch with! waha. And it's touch screen. Im a happy person for now. :D
There was also this football sized cooler and warmer i didn't get but my colleague did! for only $15! kinda regret it... abit.... hahaha.
Im going wheelock to look for sheena no! her last day there. The lawn's closing down this friday.. kinda sad.. hmmm. ok bye! thaiyibah scolding. lol!

Memoirs of IMH.

Read this! Funny. Got this from a email from Vivian. haha.

Record I Patient A: "So how... this book not bad yah?" Patient B: "Yah agree, excellent! Astounding work. No nonsense, sharp and concise to the point. But there's a major flaw in this piece of art – too many character names to remember!!!" Nurse: "Hey! Can the two of you put the telephone book back to the original place?"

Record II A doctor asked a patient: "If I were to cut one of your ears off, what will happen to you?" Patient: "Then I will not be able to hear..." Doctor: "Hmm…that's normal...so if I were to cut your other ear off, what will happen then?" Patient: "I will not be able to see..." The doctor became nervous and asked: "Why would you not see then???" Patient: "Because my spectacles will fall off..."

Record III IMH has an old lady who wears black, carries a black umbrella and squats at the entrance to the IMH everyday without fail, rain or shine. The doctor wanted to administer treatment for her but decided to understand her behavior first. So, the doctor also wears black and carries a black umbrella; squatted besides her everyday. The days go by...the two of them squatted side-by-side w/o a single exchange of word. After one solid month, the old lady finally broke the silence and asked the doctor: "Err...Excuse me! Are you also a mushroom?"

Record IV A nurse saw a patient writing a letter. She got curious and went to take a peek. But the patient didn't wanna let her see. Nurse (unable to contain her curiosity): "Who are you writing to?" Patient: "I'm writing a letter to myself..." Her curiosity grew and she thought to herself (Why would someone write a letter to himself?) So she asked again: "So...what's written inside?" Patient (got impatient): "You crazy ah? I haven't received the letter, how would I know??"

Record V Two patients escape from the IMH. They climbed up a tree and one of them fell from the tree and started rolling on the ground. After a while, the patient below shouted to the one on top: "Hey! How come you are not coming down yet?" The patient on top replied: "No. no...I can't...I'm not ripe yet"

Record VI One patient visited the doctor: "Doc...How? I think I'm a chicken since the day I was born..." Doctor: "Wah! That’s very serious...Why do you only come and seek treatment now?" Patient: "Because my family needs me to hatch the eggs..."

Record VII One truck driver was doing his usual delivery to IMH. He discovered a flat tyre when he was about to go home. He jacked up the truck and took the flat tyre down. When he was about to fix the spare tyre, he accidentally dropped all the bolts into the drain. As he can't fish the bolts out, he started to panic. One patient happened to walk past and asked the driver what happened. The driver thought to himself, since there's nothing much he can do; he told the patient the whole incident. The patient laughed at him & said "can't even fix such a simple problem...no wonder you are destined to be a truck driver..." Here’s what you can do, take one bolt each from the other 3 tyres and fix it onto this tyre. Then drive to the nearest workshop and replace the missing ones, easy as that" The driver was very impressed and asked "You're so smart but why do are you here at the IMH?" Patient replied: "Hello, I stay here because I'm crazy not STUPID!"

The last vampire.




I'll give it a 4/5 rating for being the best movie i've watched these 2 yrs. not that i've watched every single movie available but this is the best of all the other movies i ever bothered to watch. heh. It's like another expected M18 movie. Gore, checked. Violence, checked. No nudity cuz it seems like most movies with nudity are NC 16 and those with violence and gore are mainly M18. haha. Not much of suspense but i love all the action. The way she looked and her cool i-could-easily-kill-you stare. Just the blood's abit fake though. haha. The missing mark's cuz the ending was only so-so. A 1 and 1/2 hr movie but it ended sooner than i'd hoped for. I feel like revealing some parts of the movie. But those who havent watched it will know now. Should i? Aiya who cares it's my blog man. haha. It's very drama cuz if she's half human half vampire, and her dad's human, so obviously her mum's a vampire. She's supposed to kill the oldest, most powerful vampire (who looks like her 38 yr old beautiful, posh looking mum) of the clan to avenge mainly for her father. And when the enemy first appeared, it immediately lets you suspect that this vampire might possibly be her mum that gave her such super strength and senses. Indeed, both mother and daughter wants to hunt each other down. And i like the way her mum fought like no one's her match and the way she crushed one man's head without touching him just because he killed the spider. lol. But overall, it's so exciting! haha. If you're quite into this. Enough said, just watch the trailer. haha.


Jasreen and i went j8 (oh ya i saw faizal too! =) ) at first but both of us forgot to check the net to see if the show was available ytd. So few movies were on air ytd! Then we went to cathay at amk hub which had so much more movies we wanted to watch but our main priority was blood! haha. I didn't know the rating was M18 till the cashier guy wanted to look at our IC. Then i asked Jas, "eh this movie got rating one meh? I thought PG sia." LOL. We were so lucky cuz the moment we sat down the movie just started. heh.
15mins through the movie Jas said: "eh i not very sure which is really good or bad leh."
I just replied: " One good, one bad, and one busybody." :p
The movie started around 8pm and ended around 9.30pm. Then went to S11 for late dinner. My awesome mee hoon kuey. haha. then walked home together.
I felt so busy ytd. haha. Cuz Jas and i chatted at her void deck till 11pm before we decided to part. Then at my void deck, i saw yunping's mum. Chatted for abt 30mins and found out quite a few stuff from her. Makes ppl sigh hearing those. Also made me wonder why so many nowadays like to get pregnant and get married to early? hmmm. not me though. heh. When i thought i was really going to go home, i saw huiling at the void deck near the lift i was waiting. Then chat again for another 15 mins before i really got home. haha. All in all, i love last week till ytd. Sad thing is, we didn't go for the wedding. But i guess it's a good thing too. I get more rest in return. =) Alright. Back to work cum restaurant city now. woots! <3
